CRS100C高壓共軌試驗(yàn)臺是在傳統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)臺的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行嫁接改造的設(shè)備，該設(shè)備既可以對歐2噴油泵進(jìn)行檢測，也可以對歐3共軌泵、共軌噴油器進(jìn)行檢測。其廣泛應(yīng)用于對原有歐2設(shè)備的改造升級和各高校的培訓(xùn)教學(xué)。軌道壓力為：0～2100bar,由博世共軌噴油泵提供；軌壓由電腦控制部分實(shí)時測控并調(diào)節(jié)。可對BOSCH、SIEMENS、DELPHI、DENSO廠家生產(chǎn)的共軌噴油器、噴油泵、共軌管及普通噴油泵（歐Ⅱ）進(jìn)行檢測與調(diào)試。電腦控制部分由工業(yè)計(jì)算機(jī)控制，windows系統(tǒng)；內(nèi)置400余種博世及10幾種電裝噴油器調(diào)試數(shù)據(jù)，數(shù)據(jù)可以查詢并可自主生成數(shù)據(jù)并存儲。該產(chǎn)品性能穩(wěn)定、測量準(zhǔn)確、有機(jī)玻璃防護(hù)門，操作易觀測更安 全。

Crs100c high pressure common rail test bench is a grafting equipment based on the traditional test bench.
