CRS960高壓共軌系統(tǒng)試驗臺是我公司新研制的一款產(chǎn)品，主要針對科研院校、相關(guān)科研機構(gòu)及共軌發(fā)動機維修用戶。外觀樣式可以根據(jù)客戶要求定制。設(shè)備軌道壓力為：0～2100bar,由博世共軌噴油泵提供壓力源（或有設(shè)計單位自主研發(fā)泵體提供）；軌壓可以根據(jù)用戶需求自主設(shè)定?？蓪OSCH、SIEMENS、DELPHI、DENSO廠家生產(chǎn)的共軌噴油泵噴、油器及共軌管進行檢測與調(diào)試。電腦控制部分由工業(yè)計算機控制，windows系統(tǒng)；量油系統(tǒng)采用流量傳感器來測量，油量大小由計算機實時測量并在屏幕上實時顯示，誤差精度為精0.1毫升；內(nèi)置博世、電裝、德爾福、西門子等噴油器調(diào)試數(shù)據(jù)近千種，每種噴油器數(shù)據(jù)可以快速查詢，高壓共軌試驗臺并可以根據(jù)用戶需求添加新的噴油器數(shù)據(jù)。每次檢測數(shù)據(jù)可自主生成數(shù)據(jù)報表并存儲，根據(jù)用戶需求可以對所生成的數(shù)據(jù)報表進行打印。
